CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our limited availability we must enforce a cancellation policy,
All guests must provide a valid credit card number in order to schedule an appointment.
You may cancel your appointment at no charge with more than 24 hours notice. Any guest who requests a cancellation with less than the required notice of the scheduled appointment may be charged 50% of services booked. No shows or same day cancellations may be charged for the full amount of services booked.
Please check our location carefully and plan to arrive five minutes prior to your appointment time in order to avoid unforeseen delays. Late arrival may reduce the length of your service in order to respect the time of the next guest.
New Clients
We add an additional 15 minutes to appointments for new clients in order to allow for additional consultation time. Please EMAIL for an appointment so we may assist you.
Existing Clients
